Water Creative is a dynamic creative agency and production powerhouse. We create campaigns, activations, product design and run content and social media strategies for brands and artists including Pretty Little Thing, Bodaskins, Spotify, Giggs, Jay 1 and more. 

We’re looking for a PPC & Paid Social Media Executive (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads) to manage campaigns for new and existing clients. This role is designed for someone to take complete ownership of our PPC, paid social media and marketing output with clients. 

This is a specialised role and requires someone who can demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue through paid campaigns and is an expert in Facebook Business Manager / Ad Manager.


Your Responsibilities: 

  • The role is dynamic with a mix of creativity, data analysis and client management.

  • You’ll have a hands-on approach and have advanced knowledge on how to build and optimise e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, ensuring campaigns are as profitable as possible for clients.

  • Build profitable e-commerce and lead generation campaigns from scratch using the likes of Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads.

  • Continually manage and optimise campaigns for best results and ROAS.

  • Produce weekly/monthly reports for clients.

  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal. You’re detail orientated and the type of person to point out typos or creative changes required.

  •  You are comfortable being client facing, with strong communication skills to handle day-to-day comms, taking a role in pitching or leading reports.

  • Keep up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing and deliver back to the wider team and clients for actions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Paid Social Media Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Proven 2 years PPC and Paid Social experience (for e-commerce & lead generation)

  • 1 year+ client management experience

  • Advance knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

  • Highly motivated and positive individual with a strong work ethic

  • Self-starter, with a results-driven focus

  • Strong understanding of reporting platforms e.g. Google Analytics

  • Good understanding on tagging and tracking e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Tags

  • Advantageous if experienced in email marketing software e.g. Klavyio
